Biography & Philosophy
Gene Allevato is a well-seasoned operations professional with 20 + years of senior level experience holding key positions throughout his career as Operations Manager; General Manager; V.P. Manufacturing; V.P. & General Manager; and Chief Operating Officer. He has managed companies from as small as $2 million in revenue to as large as $100+ million with multiple locations including US operations.
Prior to founding OEM Consulting in 2006, Gene had the benefit of working in a variety of different organizations in different industries, in both public and private sectors.
He credits his success to being able to understand that the common thread and key to achieve success in any business organization is people and creating the right environment in which they can succeed. His astute ability to quickly absorb and understand the business dynamics of any organization is the key in the development and execution of successful action plans specifically designed to meet the clients desired results.
